Proudly serving Pleasant Hill, IA

Working with Bryan was easy, seamless, and enjoyable! We had all new ridge ventilation installed on both upper and lower roofing and insulation blown in over our living room - we will be dry AND warm this winter season! I appreciated his friendly personality, expertise, reasonable pricing, and speedy process from first estimate to completion of work. Will definitely be using them again!!

If you're looking for a company that has excellent workmanship and communication you found it in Genesis Roofing and construction! From start to finish, it was a smooth transaction. Highly recommended.

Can’t say enough! Bryan and crew did exceptional work repairing and replacing my roof. He also insulated our attic and we can already feel the rewards. Highly recommend for quality price and service!

Brian provided outstanding service. He took my call, provided an estimate the following day and completed the repairs a day after that. The work was most professional and included his years of expertise in what to expect with my roof.

Bryan and his crew were terrific-responsive, skilled, knowledgeable and professional. I highly recommend!

I’ve used the services of Bryan and Genesis construction for several projects over the last couple months and have been totally satisfied. Bryan is personable, knowledgeable, professional, and is sincerely interested in satisfying my needs. I have nothing but good things to say about Bryan, Genesis, and associates. I would and will recommend Bryan / Genesis to friends, family, and acquaintances. I would not hesitate to use his services again in the future.

Genesis were fantastic to work with. We had a recurring roof leak, and 2 other contractors couldn't fix it. Bryan and his crew went above and beyond. We wish we had found Genesis 18 months ago.

Bryan and his crew were great. We used them a couple years ago and they installed gutters on our house. Two of our skylights were leaking this year and he was the first place we called. He came out, inspected the problem, explained it in a way I could understand and fixed it within the time frame he quoted. He replaced one skylight and removed the other. I recommend them to anyone who needs roof work. They are great!

Bryan did a great job. This is now the second time I’ve used him for two different properties. Here’s what I really like: Bryan is honest, very competitive, professional, good communication and most importantly he does a great job. Highly recommend.

We’ve been a Genesis customer since 2009 when they put on a new roof for us. Over the years they’ve done a few inspections and most recently replaced some static roof vents that were showing their age. They’ve always done quality work and we will continue to call on them for any future roofing needs.

Fast and efficient service. Went above and beyond on a few items that were not on estimate.

I contacted Brian two days ago…and he got right back to me. He just left our house (on a Friday afternoon!), did a full inspection of our roof, found the leak, sealed it up and actually did some extra work. Never tried to upsell. So professional, so thorough. Fantastic experience. Highly recommended.

These folks by far are the roofers I'd go with. Good work. Any problems they are very proactive about making things right. I've checked plenty of roofers and by an overwhelming margin went with Genesis. I'm glad I did !!!!! I'd recommend these folks by a wide margin.

Bryan was here less than an hour, located and sealed the leak, fixed another spot and made sure everything else on the roof was sealed tight. He is professional, kind and thorough. He goes above and beyond!!

I received an explaination of what was needed and was shown pictures of the old roof. All questions were answered. Working with Bryan was easy and he communicated as the project progressed. I highly recommend this company. I would use this company again.

We used Bryan with Genesis originally after our home was hit by a tornado. We interviewed several roofers and liked him because they did both roofing and siding. Since then, we have used him twice more on other properties. Highly recommended!

Bryan is very helpful and knowledgeable. He is also very honest and efficient. I called him after high recommendation by a dear Friend. After 4/2026 heavy hail.he arrived, evaluated my roof and siding. He gave me very useful advice for algae cleaning. I would not hesitate to recommend him to my Family and Friends .

I would 100% recommend him. He was very responsive, did great work, and his pricing was very reasonable. We’re really happy with the results.

Bryan did an awesome job repairing a leak on my roof.

Genesis Roofing did a wonderful job on our projects: roof replacement, siding, and gutter replacement. Bryan provided great communication about the timeline for the work. We added some exterior doors to the original project and the price was lower than if we had sourced the doors ourselves. All the work was completed as promised with no surprise extra costs.
